Constantly up-to-date, easy to edit, and simple to maintain are key staples of a wiki. They can be themed to fit the style of your site, complete with your company colours and logo.

Blog - There are a variety of programs running in the background of the “blogosphere.” Some blogs are hosted on websites like Blogspot. Others are built onto web servers and use PHP based programming packages such as Wordpress or B2 Evolution. Podcasts - Thanks to gadgets like the iPod and other MP3 players, podcasting has become the latest trend in content delivery. People can now download short radio or video episodes to watch on their Blackberries, Smartphones, or music player. Podcasts can just as easily be consumed on a regular computer screen as well; you don’t need an iPod to listen to a podcast. Generating these episodes can actually be quite simple, and could be a valuable way to reach your employees, customers, clients, or students.
